PRAYER FOR REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS
Father, we come before You with a heart of thankfulness for Who You are.
You are our God, our Father, Creator of Heaven and Earth, our Provider.
We come before You with Your Word in our hearts and we speak boldly the
exceeding great and precious promises that You have given.

You have commanded us and we will obey.  We ask today in the Name of Jesus Christ,
your Son and our Savior,  and we fully come into agreement together for Divine
intervention in all areas concerning real estate.

We decree and declare that homes, offices, complexes, apartments, condominiums,
time shares, rental property, vacation properties, commercial properties, residential
properties, church buildings, ministry facilities and properties, business-related and
investment properties, inheritance properties, and every real estate situation come
into perfect alignment to the purposes of God for His Kingdom and for His people.

We decree RELEASE and LOOSENING of FINANCES and FINANCING.
WE DECREE that PROPERTIES will be PAID IN FULL, SOLD, TRADED, PURCHASED and RELEASED!
We DECREE BUYING and SELLING STRATEGIES that are given through the Wisdom of God.

We call forth INVESTORS and PARTNERSHIPS that would maximize God’s glory in real estate
transactions.  We believe and ask for the softening of every hard situation that would
prevent the release of all things related to certain properties, in your perfect timing.

We ask for  and we declare exposure to hindrances and solutions to difficult circumstances.
We ask for Divine Wisdom for all those seeking to diversify their portfolios.  We know
that it is YOU that gives us power to CREATE WEALTH.

We will not fear or be moved by market turndowns or current natural economic conditions.
We release INHERITANCES and CREATIVE BUYING and SELLING and TRADING that would result
in the GLORY OF GOD and a PROFIT for KINGDOM people!

We ask You for and we claim, by faith, DIVINE FAVOR and GRACE and we believe that YOU are
creating circumstances that would maximize YOUR GLORY.

Lord, we ask that you bring to our mind anything that YOU would have us to do that would
result in a quick and profitable transaction. Our ears are open unto your Voice.  We wait
before YOU and we believe the time is now.

We have done all we know to do.  We know YOU are a MIRACLE working God and there is nothing
too difficult for YOU.

Now, we stand in your GRACE and FAVOR and believe that the HOPE to which YOU have called
us is not bound by anything temporal or earthly. We need YOUR intervention and, by faith,
we thank YOU in advance for all that YOU are doing.  We know that YOU are working in ways
that we cannot see to bring release and financial blessings into our lives.

We stand in faith and we give you praise and glory and believe that You will be exalted
through it all.
In Jesus’ Name.  Amen.

PRAYER TO SAINT JOSEPH FOR THE SALE OF REAL ESTATE

Catholic devotion and accessory prayer requesting help from St. Joseph.

-The Statue should be blessed by a Catholic Priest if all possible.

-The Statue should be in a place of honor or a prominent location within the home.

-Prayers should devoutly be said asking St. Joseph for his help.

-The statue should be given a place of honor or displayed in a prominent location in the new home.

Holy St. Joseph, Spouse of Mary, be mindful of me, pray for me, watch over me. Guardian of the paradise of the new Adam, provide for my temporal wants. Faithful guardian of the most precious of all treasures, I beseech thee to bring this matter (mention your request) to a happy end if it be for the glory of God and for the good of my soul. Amen.

Finding A Church When You Move To A New Community

FINDING A CHURCH WHEN YOU MOVE TO A NEW COMMUNITY


Finding the church where God wants you to serve and worship takes patience and persistence, especially if your search coincides with a move to a new community. Sometimes people spend a lot of time trying to find the “right” church. The writer of Hebrews urged believers not to neglect meeting together with other believers so that they might encourage one another (Heb. 10:24-25).

With so many churches and denominations, how can you determine which church you should join? How do you know which church gives you the best opportunity not only to grow spiritually but to serve God and other people?

As a little girl we moved a few times. One of the biggest challenges was finding the right church for our family. While living in Las Vegas we were members of First Southern Baptist of Las Vegas. My Dad was a Deacon and my Mom taught Sunday school. We were very involved in everything church had to offer. Going to church on Sunday morning wasn't a choice it was something we did and enjoyed as a family.  Many great childhood memories were made at church.

My Dad drove the church van. I remember him telling everybody, now lets all CLOSE our eyes and pray. What a thrill to think my Daddy was driving with his eyes closed!!

We moved back home to New Orleans when I was in Jr. High. The church hunt was on!!!!! My Mom and I would get up every Sunday and visit different churches. I very quickly learned not every church worshiped God the same way.  Some were very boring while others were very exciting. We visited so many churches we would sit on the back pew (in case we didn't like it) we could slip out early and try to make another service down the street.

Thanks to the Internet we are now able to narrow churches down and find the right church for our family's. Although, I can say it was fun looking for one!!
